Easily submit all your details with a tap from your phone so we can get your property’s listing live as quickly as possible. You’ll have complete transparency into how we’ve developed our proposal, including all the data and comparable property sales we've leaned on.
3. Launch
Our app gives you a quick overview of your home's key details, including its status, address, for-sale value, photos, description, and room specifications.
For deeper insights into your property’s performance, simply log into your desktop account to access detailed reports.
4. Viewing Requests
When viewing requests start flooding in, you’ll be the first to know!
Viewing requests will be sent directly to your app, allowing you to easily accept or decline if the suggested time isn’t suitable.
5. Viewings
You’ll be able to access essential information about who’s viewing your property, such as whether they’re chain-free or a cash buyer.
We’ll also be able to send instant questions during the viewing, and you can respond directly through our app. If you’re available to reply immediately, we can update the buyer in real-time.
6. Viewing Feedback
Sadly, traditional estate agents are infamous for rushing through viewer feedback over the phone - or not sharing it at all.
Straight after every viewing, we'll let you know how we felt it went before chasing the buyer for more thorough feedback.
